As previously notified, the 2018 AGM of Bath City Supporters Society will take place at 7:00pm on Thursday 21 June,TR Hayes Lounge at Twerton Park. This is your opportunity to vote for positions on the Society Committee and the Club Board as well as the motions proposed.
Society Committee Election
We have received four nominations for the six vacancies available. In line with our election policy*, each individual candidate will be subject to a simple yes/no vote. The candidate’s statements are included here.
Club Board Election
We have received six nominations for the six available places on the Club Board. In line with our election policy*, each individual candidate will be subject to a simple yes/no vote. The candidate’s statements are included here.
Motions
There are two motions for consideration which are included here.

There are three voting categories this year; Society Committee, Club Board and Motions.
There are three ways of voting; online, postal and ballot in person at the AGM.
ONLINE: All members who have provided us with an email address will receive an email from “Helios Voting Administrator” in the week before the AGM. This will enable you to vote securely and privately. Please check your junk / spam folder in case the invite is there.
POSTAL: Please send postal ballots using the enclosed form to:
