Bath City FC's Financial Performance
To promote financial transparency and help members understand more about the workings of the Club, each year the Society and the Club produce a set of financial accounts with a breakdown and commentary of Bath City FC's main income streams and costs.
Society Membership Strategy
We believe that all Bath City supporters have the potential to make important contributions to the club through their knowledge, skills, talent, creativity, and passion. By putting supporter democracy at the heart of the club’s decisions, we increase our chances of building a successful and sustainable future for Bath City FC.
We are inviting all members to help grow the Society's membership and make membership more meaningful. We have created a draft Membership Strategy, below, and encourage members to read it and get in touch if you are able to help improve it and put it into practice.
What we want to achieve

What we want to achieve
- Grow the Society’s membership, so that more supporters and community members can take part in shaping the Club’s future
- Make membership more meaningful by creating more and better opportunities for members to understand what’s happening at the Club, interact with the Club and participate in making decisions and developing new initiatives
- Involve members themselves in developing and delivering our membership strategy, tapping into members’ ideas and drawing on their support

Bath City FC - Club Strategy 2021-24
The Club Strategy was created following a members’ motion passed at the 2021 AGM, and is a joint effort of the Club Board and the Society Committee. As per the MOU, the Club Strategy sets out what the Club aims to achieve and how it aims to achieve it. The Club Board and Society Committee hold a joint meeting twice a year to review progress against the strategy and agree any necessary changes to the strategy.

Member & Supporter Surveys
Two major surveys regarding members' and supporters' priorities have been held since the Club became community-owned, the results of which are shared below. The 2017 survey was commissioned by the Club and was open to all supporters, including members, and attracted around 500 responses. A further survey, held in early 2022, was commissioned by the Society and was open to members and community shareholders (i.e. lapsed members), and attracted around 200 responses.
The results of the 2022 survey can be viewed and downloaded here, and the results of the 2017 survey can be found here. Many questions were repeated across the two surveys, allowing for some comparison, but please note that the 2017 survey had a wider audience.
