The Supporters Society is a democratic members' group that puts supporter democracy at the heart of the club's decisions. We’ve owned a majority stake in the Club since 2017, making Bath City FC a community-owned football club.
Why we believe in supporter democracy
We believe that all Bath City supporters can make important contributions to the club through their knowledge, skills, talent, creativity, and passion. Supporter control gives us all a better chance of building a successful and sustainable future for Bath City FC.
How democracy works at Bath City FC
Anyone can join the Society for just £5/year and have a say in the club’s future.
The Society sends members regular updates on important Club matters and holds two general meetings each year. At meetings, members can suggest and vote on new Club policies, such as recent votes on installing an artificial pitch, protecting Club heritage and creating a three-year Club strategy.
Members also elect six of the Club’s nine directors, as well as a 12-person Society Committee, who together ensure that the voice of our members is heard on key matters. All members can stand for election to these positions.
Of course, these aren’t the only ways to take part - the Society also welcomes fresh ideas and initiatives from fans from all walks of life.
Don't stay on the sidelines. Make sure your voice is heard!
